Do you take my insurance?
We accept most PPO plans and file all claims for you. Bring your card (or just your employer’s name) to your first visit and we’ll verify your coverage before anything is scheduled — you’ll always know your out-of-pocket cost up front.
What if I don’t have insurance?
Our in-house membership plan covers two cleanings, exams and X-rays per year plus a discount on treatment, for one flat monthly price. No deductibles, no denials, no paperwork.
I’m really anxious. Honestly, terrified.
You are our favorite kind of patient. Tell us when you book and we’ll schedule extra time, walk you through every step before it happens, and offer nitrous or oral sedation if you want it. You can pause treatment at any moment with a hand signal — no explanation needed.
How long is a first visit?
Plan for about an hour: a gentle exam, digital X-rays, photos, and an unhurried conversation about what we found. Cleanings happen the same day whenever the schedule allows.
What counts as a dental emergency?
Pain that keeps you up, a cracked or knocked-out tooth, swelling, or a lost crown. Call before 10 AM and we’ll see you the same day — after hours, our voicemail gives you a direct line to the on-call dentist.
